Users assigned to Purchasing Group

Hi Sap Gurus,

Can anyone tell me how can i find the number of users assigned to a particular P.Group and also

how can i remove a user from P.group and assign new user when HR organization structure is ON.

Hi Sanjay,

If a user has open document, I do not suggest you delete or remove such users. It will cause data inconsistency in open documents.

If you want to replicate users from HR system, please use trx PFAL to do this.

You can use the below Function Module to get the number of users assigned to Pr Grp.
