BO4 - problem saving changes to connection in IDT

Hi,

Changing the connection parameters in Repository Resources connection and when try and save get the message below.

Looked at cmc and don't see and don't see any such servers/services - we have not removed any.

Any ideas?

Hi Philip,

Data Federation Service is one of the commom service hosted in Adaptive Processing server. Kindly check whether your APS (Could have been splitted as per sizing guidelines) which hosts this service is up and running.

Thanks for this.

Concerned looks to even use data federation service as just want to change the connection on qa environment - assume this won't in any way federate/make its way across to any other environment.

If change connection here and save assume will still local to repository we change it in which is what we want.

Is this the case?

Hi All,

Just to let you know managed to get thsi working - all Needed do was login to idt connecting to the qa environment and in repository resources make change to connection - change immediate without saving

and perisst when promote universe (unx) between environments.
