I have also checked log files(usr/sap/trans/log) and i am not finding any changes in the log files since last 3 days.Please help me to resolve this problem as i need Solman up and Running with latest patch level be next week.
Please find the system details below

Thanks in advance

Hi Liang,
This is the very common error and to avoid this error perform the following steps
1) Read the central SAP Note 1597765, "Known problems with Support Packages in SAP NW 7.31 AS ABAP" and implemented the other notes that were mentioned in the central note
2) Added parameter "_USE_ZERO_COPY_IO=FALSE "
Steps to add the parameter to the database. In my case, the DB was Oracle.
a) Open init<DBSID>.ora file in Notepad
b) Add parameter into the file, as
_USE_ZERO_COPY_IO=FALSE
Note : The parameter should be mentioned in Capitals.
c) Save the file
d) Shutdown Database
e)Create sp file using p file by executing the following command in command prompt.
CREATE SPFILE FROM PFILE;
f) Start Database
g) Restart instance
h) Delete OCS queue
Run OCS_RESET_QUEUE program in se37 tcode
Enter IV_TOOL as SPAM or SAINT, whichever is applicable and IV_FORCE as X and execute (F8)
i) Run import again from the beginning
I hope this will solve your problem.
Best Regards,
Keerthan

Hi All,
I have also face similar issue during SP13 and SUM tool is running since 20 hours then i find in SDN and make an entry of SM61 of shadow instance then post processing finish in 10 min.
Reason of Issue--> During post processing step we are able to login in shadow system only, so system is waiting, so resolve issue we have to login in shadow system and make an entry on shadow instance at SM61

1.Please check any tp is running at os level? If yes please DO NOT kill tp.
ps -ef | grep tp from <sid>adm
2.Please let us know last log and tmp file updated at what time? And any error in those files? Attach log files here.
3.Check ALOG,ULOG and and tp system log. Attach log files here.
4. Check space at file system level in trans directory.
5. List of components which are in queue.

Hi Zhuge,
a quick check could be:
- fill level of database
- free space in file system (including /tmp for Unix)
Kind regrads, Bernd
