Custom created templates are missing Solution Manager 7.1

Hi All,

We have created Custom templates based on the requirement and assigned this to Managed Systems in Solution Manager 7.1 under -> Technical Monitoring -> Template Maintenance.

But later we noticed most of the templates are missing and we had to recreate it again and this is been repeated again.

If anybody have faced similar situation, please share the details

Sounds like someone has rights on your SolMan and they are removing the templates; I also imagine that this painful as MOs can only be applied to one template at a time.

I have been using templates for over 6 months and have had none of them disappear on me.

HI Praveen,

Can you be more clear on the issue, i understood that you have create a Custom template by making a copy in Template management Tab in Technical monitoring heading of Solman_Setup. So can you tell me if you see the Template present in the Template management area or is it vanishing from there OR you trying to assign that Custom template to a system and there you not seeing it for Activation?
