Reservations shown in MMBE

In MMBE, when displaying stock, there is a column for reservations.

Is there any way I can get that value from a table somewhere? If so how and what fields do I need to filter against to get data for a given material?

Does SAP figure that out by dynamically calculating it from orders and deliveries?

I can get the other inventory levels from MCHB records but I'm not sure how to figure out the reservations.

MMBE is report RMMMBESTN , and here you can see that SAP is reading table VBBE for scheduled quantities in deliveries, field OMENG

And table RESB for reservations
