We have multiple webi reports that are scheduled. The challenge is once you change the folder or rename the report all the schedules are lost. Is there a way to avoid this?

Double click settings have been set to view the instance of the report.

Resolution

  1. Login to Central Management Console with Administrator rights
  2. Go to Applications under BI Launchpad
  3. At the bottom, would be the option view or view latest instance.
  4. Change it accordingly.

This will solve your double click issue

Hi Irfan

I am renaming in CMC. For Example I have a report called "1.1 Actual vs Budget", users could have scheduled this report. If you rename it in CMC all these instances just disappear. The other issue is if their instances of scheduled reports that ran successfully and generated excel files, if you open the report by double clicking it opens the excel file not the report.
