We have multiple webi reports that are scheduled. The challenge is once you change the folder or rename the report all the schedules are lost. Is there a way to avoid this?
hi,
i have checked with renaming one of the scheduled report which has instances, instances didnt get deleted.
And about latest instance getting opening,
if web intelligence report
Go to CMC--> Applications--> Web Intelligence->Properties --> Smart view--> Latest instance
Crystal Report
Go to CMC--> Applications-->Crystal Reports configuration->Properties --> BI Launch pad-->Smart view--> Latest instance

Hi Irfan
I am renaming in CMC. For Example I have a report called "1.1 Actual vs Budget", users could have scheduled this report. If you rename it in CMC all these instances just disappear. The other issue is if their instances of scheduled reports that ran successfully and generated excel files, if you open the report by double clicking it opens the excel file not the report.
Double click settings have been set to view the instance of the report.
