ST03N Missing data

Hi experts

We are on ERP 6.0 EHP6 when we go to st03N it does not show any data in the log

have check all the options by selecting  with date , today ,over all but no luck no data is shown.

please find the attached screen short for your review.

Please suggest.

Hi,

Just make sure that SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR job should run properly in the system and the RSCOLL00 is running or not.

Is your SAPOSCOL running on OS?

Please check that there are no dumps in the system related to Performance collector jobs.

Check that the below dump is not happening.

Note 1841778 - LOAD_PROGRAM_NOT_FOUND in RSCOLL00

Note 1848473 - ST03n: weekly data cannot be displayed

Note 1823764 - Error handling in SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR

Note 966309 - Content of table TCOLL in SAP_BASIS 700 - 7.02 and 7.31+

Run the report RSCOLL<XX> and then check the data in ST03.

Hi All,

Good day !

Thanks for the valuable inputs the job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR was not scheduled in the system I have scheduled the job now once the job is completed will again check the values in st03n and update the cause.

Hi,

Did you check for any failed related background jobs like SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR or any dumps ??

Also, check TCOLL entries.
