WebSapConsole Function Keys with Intermec CK30

Hi,

I am trying to make function keys work in Intermec CK30 handheld using iBrowse. I tried both intermecdisplayer.dll and webdisplayer in setup and still not successfull. Can anyone shed light on this topic on how to make this work in your previous experience? Any help is appreciated.

there is another question regarding function keys problem with WebSapConsole.

Search for "SAPwebconsole functions keys... urgent!!! .. thanks for tips" in the same forum.

It has lots of information and as far as I understand problem is not device but WebSapConsole specific.

You might find some clues there.

Hi Bala,

depening on which OS version you are using, Intermec support for Web SAPConsole might not be available. As SAP has put Web SAPConsole into maintenance mode, we recommend our customers to talk to their SAP account manager about Mobile ITS as an alternative to Web SAPConsole.

If the customer still wants to use Web SAPConsole on Intermec devices, there are a couple of third party companies we work with. In case you are interested in those, please feel free to contact me.
