No Confirmed Qty despite available stock

Hi,

I have a sales order with 3 line items

2 line items are confirmed for next week.

3rd line item showing confirmed qty for 19th august, now customer wants it on the same day.

after checking in the plant for the 3rd line item, I can see enough stock is available.

safety stock level is not in range, means we have enough stock to supply.

even minus reserved stock can even not effect it.

So, why system is not allowing now?

Can you post a screenshot of CO09 for the material with checking rule "A"? This is what we need to check to see if you have available stock (SAP note 89362)

normally system gives the schedule line dates give first delivery date , availability date ,like 

one sale order created to day for 50 quantity , but system shows

25.07.2013 - quantity conformed - 15

10.08.2013 -quantity conformed- 35

this is the normal r/3 behavior ,

but when you can use the GATP system shows differents like three or 4 schedule lines

you enter the 3 schedule lines as manual ,

Hi,

check in your customer master ship to party what is the delivery priority and partial delivery is allowed or not if the delivery priority is high and partial delivery is not allowed  then in that case quantity is not going to confirm even the stock is available .

Hi,

Check OVZ9  with respective Avlibility chk and checking rule and check in/outward movements

If Include sales requirement  and reservation is checked then check how many open sales orders are exist for that material with confirmed schedule line.

In Stock Type Selection, select both the options & not check if there are any schedule line quantities ?

Hello Sridhar,

Please check for open orders / delivery for the same Material (3rd Line item).

It may be possible that the stock is held up by other open doucments.

In MD04 I can see the stock is available against all the requirements.
