Old data is shown in CCMS

Hi,

I have configured CCMS in DEV and Quality system and created monitors. But it is showing old value instead of current status.

Eg.

for database tabble space , no alerts are shown but but some tabble spaces are filled more than 95 %.(more than theresold value)

while checking from DB02 the status is correct.

Can somebody please point me where I'm missing something.

I did following steps:

1. created monitors in RZ20

2.installed CCMS agent SAPCCMSR and registerd it locally.

3. Activated backgroung dispatching.

thanks for help in advance.

Hi Saurabh,

Are you running BRCONNECT database checks daily daily through DB13?

Check this link:

Bur still no luck...:-(

hello, what date you are seeing in the RZ20 for database tablespace stastics. if it is current date then that is the correct value. Check your DB02 is refreshed for current date if not then refresh and compare the result in DB02 and RZ20.

Are you using Oracle? If so, try this troubleshooting.

Go directly to transaction RZ20 in your system.

Select SAP CCMS Monitor Templates > Database > Oracle > Space Management > Tablespace.

Are any there any alerts, that is, is anything yellow or red?

If so the alert is working, however the communication using your agent is not.

At least with this you will know one thing, if your alert is working through CCMS for the individual system.

Hope this helps.

Thanks for response,

Yes, monitoring is working fine ... I checked with disk drives, its refreshing correctly,

But for ORACLE table spaces its still showing old data.

so what do I need to configure so that thes table space data reflect correctly.?

is there some specific configuration for oracle or database?

Thanks,

saurabh
