VL10D - Delivery Restriction

Dear All,

In my scenario, I have a scheduling agreement with schedule lines on different dates. For Eg:-

Scheduling Agreement "S000000001" has following schedule lines

22-07-13     100 quantity

23-07-13     200 quantity

28-0713      300 quantity.

While creating delivery through VL10D, I want to restrict quantity to only upto current date. For Eg, If I create VL10D delivery for the above today(23-07-13),

system should show / allow only maximum of 300 quantity  & not full quanitity 600 for delivery creation.

Please note calculation rule in VL10D can be used, but stil system allows if user types more quantity and create delivery. I would like to have an error

message if user tries to create more quantity (in this case 300 is the quantity ad user shoud not be able to create more than 300 quantity during VL10D processing).

How do we restrict this?

You can do it through enhancement. Just check with your abaper.

Programe : SAPLV50R_VIEW

Include : LV50R_VIEWF32

In VL10 D Screen Please use CalcRuleDefltDlvCrDt : 1 (Due for shipment today)

Unless you have Delivery creation date is >= 28-07 system will not create del for 600 quant.

if it still creates, check the Mat Avail Date for line 3. if its 23-07, then yes its possible to create delivery today for 600 quants.

Hi,

Thanx for the details. Would like to clarify the following:-

1. When I enter in VL10D, it gives only one line with all schedule line quantity.

2. My requirement is to get only quantity upto today's date and also not to allow if user

    manually increase the quantity in VL10D screen / VL02N screen

3. Material availability date what you have mentioned, I am not clear where shoud I check

you can see the Mat Availability Date in Sales order -> Sch Lines -> Shipping details.
