Hello GRC expert,
Through CLM we can create a ready to deploy solution that could be deployed in system scattered across geographies.
As per my understanding CLM could be used to import/export PC/RM master data and AC function and Rule sets.
Question:
Can we import/export GRC AC 10 configuration and workflows (MSMP and BRF+ rules) using CLM or ABAP transport is the only way to do this.
Any thought and suggestion would be greatly appreciated!!
Thanks.
Amit Kumar Sharma
Just to add, for AC 10.0, only functions and rulesets can be be managed by CLM and configurations / worklows still need to managed by ABAP transports only.

Dear Amit,
Yes, your understanding of CLM usage for GRC 10.0 - AC / PC / RM is correct.
The primary intent of integrating the CLM with GRC 10.0 is to easily manage the customer independant data like Regulations, risks and controls. This data can be easily formatted in GRC 10.0 specific formats, uploaded / downloaded with version control and enables audit tracking, version comparisons etc, which are the additional features in CLM. ( Please refer to SAP Note : 1621571 for detailed info).
This facilitates reuse of readily available content with many customers without repetitive data entry.

CLM ,can be used in Access control.
The Content Lifecycle Management (CLM) contains functions for transporting GRC business data e.g. AC Rules or PC Controls

Amit:
As far as I know, CLM is not available for SAP Access Control.
