can somebody tell me how can i get a configuration Guide for GTS 10.0? Or where i can get it?

If you have a valid license for GTS 10.0, You should be able to access the configuration guides in the SAP Service Market place via the following path:

http://service.sap.com/swdc:

Installations and Upgrades   > Installations and Upgrades

> Analytics > Global Trade Services > Release 10.0
