Shopping cart in held status

Hi all,

In a classic SRM scenario, I've found a couple of shopping carts in held status.

How to update them to process the shopping cart and let to create the PO in backend, as usual?

The shopping cart seems to be fine, without any missing field.

I tried to delete a position, but the status remains "held".

I can't edit the shopping cart, too..

any suggestions?!

Hi Daniele,

which version of SRM?

Creator should open this shopping cart, click on edit, then on order (not save).

Creator of SC you can determine via transaction BBP_PD.

Hi Konstantin,

we have SRM 5.0.

I have SAP ALL profile, and Admin roles, I should be able to modify the SC on my own, isn't it?

I already know the name of SC creator, indeed.

I was able to edit the SC with creator's account.
