GRC 5.3 SP 17 - ERM Upload Role Usage

I am trying to upload role and user usage data into ERM to create a User Access Review (UAR) requests.  I used the template provided by GRC in ERM and populated the template and uploaded the template back into ERM.  I get 'action successfully' after uploading but when I run the job in CUP to pull the data from ERM to CUP to create the UAR requests, none of the data I upload appears in the requests.   Are there additional steps when uploading SAP or Non-SAP data in ERM?

There is a fix for your issue in Support package 18. Please check SAP Note #1168183

Dear Anthony,

Have you checked the table VT_RE_ROLE_USG in opensql_test to see whether it is filled with data or not?
