Host Agent Auto Upgrade

I am trying to setup auto upgrade of the host agents.  I have read note 1473974 and added the paramters to the profile but nothing seems to be happening.  I don't see any logs that will help with debugging.  The only log that I see being updated on a regular basis is the dev_sapdbctrl and  it is contains

                [PID 1476] *** ERROR => Internal error [sapdbctrl.cp 2417]

Suggestions would be appreciated!

What problem you have? Auto Upgrade of SAP Host Agent does not work? What version of SAP Host Agent you have?

I have version 720 140.

Hello Mary,

Did you try to reboot the SAP Host Agent and check again? Also, I suppose you uploaded the file with the new SAP Host Agent version to the directory that appears in the profile file (DIR_NEW value), right?

Yes, I tried restarting the Host Agent services and yes the file in the DIR_NEW directory.

It is from

SAP Host Agent Version 720 with patch level 45 and higher

what is your host agent version.
