Hi PPDS Gurus
PPDS as such is Plant specific planning, but what is this "PPDS Cross Plant Planning " ?
Can somebody explain with the help of a simple example.

Hi ,
Cross location planning in PPDS is useful in different ways by enabling us to interactively decide the locations of supply from which procurement proposals must be sourced, and also you can propogate the demand across the plants connected thru transportation lanes, for eg., from DC to plant.
For more details on Cross location planning in PPDS , you can go thru below links

Hi Sandeep
Thanks for the reply, but I am aware of this deployment in PPDS functionality from SCM 7.0 onwards.
My question is more fundamental and about Planning ( not deployment).
Is there some cross plant planning as well?
