Hierarchy assignment HZUOR does not update in VBPA

Hi All,

This field is in KNA1 and VBPA. It is showing values in KNA1 but its blank in VBPA. Is there a way to get the values to populate in VBPA as well

as orders are created for these customers? We need VBPA-HZUOR for communication with SCM.

Hi Awais,

I think Customer Hierarchy is not properly maintained for the said Customer in VDH1N also check in table KNVH.

Also have a look in the sales document Hierarchy partner function is allowed or not in VOPAN.

Check and revert back with a proper case if possible with screen dump.

Hi Awais,

Check whether that field value is coming at sales order item level or not.

Himavanth,  thanks for the reply.  what table are you refering to when you say item level?  I did a where used and I dont see this field in any other relevant table besides VBPA.
