Where is the Change Company data stored in SUS ?

Hi,

We are using the SUS scenario on SRM 7.02.

The process I am referring to is: Supplier to change own data as a Vendor Administrator; using Administrator >> Company Data >> Change.

My question is - where is this changed data stored ? We need to extract this information to create a report and send it as email. I know we can see the changes in business partner change monitor. But the requirement is to send this information through an email to the purchaser.

I checked in transaction BP, here the old data is displayed. Can you please help me with the Table/ Function module with which I can retrieve the change data ?
