Project landscape not configured; set th status to "open" first

When i click on the show Project status Switches it says "Project landscape not configured; set the status to "open" first"

Project status is "Work In Process (25%)"

till last week it is working fine and all the IMG project is green.Please help me resolve this issue.

Hi Neni,

Check if all the systems in your landscape are ok, make sure the RFCs are all working between your Solman and these systems. Also, check if your transport routes are ok too.

Hi Neni,

I've suggested that because of a previous case in which some systems in the landscape were unaccessible and the transport routes had been changed, and that was the cause for this error.

Another possibility is the SMSY config for the systems in your landscape. Check if the domain controller for each of these systems is correct in SMSY and that the RFC set under  "RFC for Solution manager" is a Trusted RFC.

How to check if the Maintenance cycle is assigned to the CR or not?

Hi Neni,

I don't work directly with this area so I'm not completely sure but I believe you can check this assignment in the change document in CRM_UI.
