Latest release of Powerbuilder

We currently are using powerbuilder classic 12.1

I saw, where the latest version (12.5.2) is no longer available for sale

Does that mean, that we can no longer download that release... to get the latest updates?

if not.. where can I go to get the download?

What does this mean for the future of the product?

I've seen some things about pb 15... but, nothing that gives a good release date

(it seems to keep getting pushed back)

You've misread something.  12.5.2 is the latest version of PowerBuilder and it is available for sale.  What you can't download is previous versions, as they contain a third party control that is no longer allowed to be distributed by Sybase/SAP.

However, 12.5 was a major release, you can't download an update to 12.1 for it.  How you obtain the next major release depends on what type of service agreement you have (if any) and where you are located.

which I took to mean, all subreleases

but, lower in the article it says.... (except for 12.5.2)

We need to build a new development environment for PowerBuilder 12.1.

We are looking for the installation CD. Unfortunately, it seems that it not available for download or sale. I am wondering if you could help us. We might eventually upgrade to 12.5.X, but not this year.
