EAM - GRC 10 SP12 - FF Codolidated Logs not getting generated

HI Guys,

Currently on SP12, I am facing an issue with EAM FF logs - consolidated log report, which is not getting generated. Have checked the connectors and they all work fine. Have scheduled all the FF jobs in SPRO but nothing seems to get the logs in the consolidated report.

Strangely, The logs do get generated for the other FF report, called the

Reason Code and Activity Report.

Any thoughts?

Dear Ronnie,

Please make sure that the logs are captured in the table STAD of th Plugin system. The FF sync jobs fetches the record from the STAD.

Please also make sure that you are running the Sync jobs every two hours as the STAD does not

retain the data for long time.

It could also be the case that the FF enters the reason code and activity and uses the FFID to log in to the plugin system but did not execute any Tcode. In this case you will get the entries in the reason code and activity report but not in consolidated log report.

As Prasant already mentioned in his post please check the time zone consistency. I had the same issue and could fix it with oss note 1775432.

Hi Ronnie,

Could you please check the below SAP Note

#1864056: EAM10:Audit logs are not displyed in consolidated log report

and also please make sure that you have data in the SM20, SM21, and SM49.

System Log:  Captures Debug & Replace information from transaction SM21
Security Audit  Log: Captures Security Audit Log from transaction SM20
OS Command Log: Captures changes to OS commands from transaction SM49

Since the job retrieves data from the transactions above, ensure that there are records in the plug-in system for these transactions.
