Product Category Greyed Out

Hi Folks

We are in SRM 7.01 with Standalone Scenario. When creating Shopping cart with Old Shopping cart the product category is changing to a greyed out field hence we are not able to change that post adding item from old SC.

The issue is only in Production system hence we are not able to replicate the same.

Can you give some pointers where can we check the issue ? User has access to all the Product Categories and trying to copy his own cart.

Issue Resolved.

It was a problem with the Extensions and Field Control.
