Not able to debug IBO_WDC_WFL_SUBSTIT component from Portal

Hello All,

As per our requirement, we need to maintain Substitutes based on spend value.

To work on this requirement, i am trying to debug webdynpro component IBO_WDC_WFL_SUBSTIT  from SAP Portal substitution rules screen,  but  break poing  is not triggering (i checked for other webdypro components, debugging is working fine).

Can you please some one help me on this?

Even I am not able to debug the same. If you find the solution for that, please provide the pointers to me it will be really helpful.
