Hello fella sapiens,

During this year we will undertake a GRC 10 Migration from 5.3 to grc 10, but i want to cretae a  SOD Ruleset in 5.3,

Role analysis and Mapping analysis,

How will i create  Ruleset in 5.3 what do i need to use?

Dear Sunny,

First you will need to download one of the available text files delivered by SAP in service market place. Using these files, you can upload the delivered SAP actions and permissions rules for SAP ERP, APO, CRM and SRM systems. Do not forget that rules are specific to each system, unless you have a logical connector to integrate all the physical systems.

Save all of the delivered text files to the same directory. Load the text files in the same order

as the tree structure below:

-> Business Process

-> Function

-> Function Authorization

-> Rule Set

-> Risk

-> Generate Rules

Path to the files:

Once inside market place, go to software downloads-> support packages and patches.

SAP Solutions for Governance, Risk, and Compliance" SAP GRC Access Control" SAP ACCESS CONTROL" SAP GRC ACCESS CONTROL 5.3" Entry by Component" JAVA-Components

You will find .SAR files which contain the standard rules inside VIRCC folder.
