Charm: Normal Correction – no automated TR creation (SolMan 7.1)

Dear all,

A normal correction can be generated via T-code sm_crm, the status when saving is ‘created’, no errors occur.

When the action is set to ‘In Development’’ it shall trigger an automated transport creation when saving, but this does not happen.

Manually generating the transport is possible. Also when we do the same in a urgent correction.

Neither log-files nor trace delivered any result.

The PPF-action definition for the standard correction seems to be the same as for the urgent correction, which already works fine.

We would like to figure out why the automated TR creation does not work.

Any input is welcome.

PS: I attached an image of the popup window for transport creation, that we want.

Also one of the action profile that should trigger the TR creation.

Hi Jan

This is normal process or behavior, for normal correction there is no automatic pop up

this is only for urgent corrections and not for normal corrections

therefore follow below to resolve ur issue
