Hi Satish,
when you have to create a tech spec for XI for a scenario, then in that tech spec you describe all the things you have done for that scenario in XI......for that scenario, you may created data types, msg types, msg interfaces, msg mapping, interface mapping in Integratin Repository and you will have created sender agreement, recver agrrment, interface deteminatin, reciver determination, comm channels.......so in tech spec you will tell the names of these objects which you have created in IR and ID in XI for your scenario......you will also tell the mapping details of soruce msg to target msg mapping of IR in your tech spec.....
Thanks,
Rajeev Gupta

Hello Satish,
In Technical Specification you describe everything related to your scenario :
i)Sender and Receiver Message Format
ii)Mapping Used (Interface and Message Mapping)
iii)Sender and Receiver Interfaces
iv)What all the adapters you are using and options used in it.
v)Integration Process
You describe all the things that are required in your process
regards
Prasad
