Given a billing document number, how to find  delivery number and accounting document number from PGI using SE16 table search?

we are using CO-PA, so given billing number or accounting document number from PGI, how to find COPA document number during PGI using SE16 table search?

Hi,

Give Billing Document Number in VBRP- VBELN

Get VGBEL-Reference Document (Delivery)

Go to BKPF-Accounting Document Header

Give: Fiscal year- GJAHR and LE_VBELN-Delivery Number

Get Document Number-BELNR-Accounting Document number

Go to COBK table give Billing document as Reference –REFBN and get BELNR(Controlling Document)

Hi,

Please use VBFA table which is for Document Flow. It shows the relationship between docs.
