ITSM -- Total/Work duration not capturing in incidents

Hi Experts,

My incident management configuration couldn't able to capture the below mentioned duration types.

"TOTAL DURATION OF SERVICE TRANSACTION"

"WORK DURATION OF SERVICE TRANSACTION"

Kindly help me in resolving this issue

Hi Sandeep,

Have you resolved the issue?

Please check the below entries are present in the IMG for confirmed status for ZMIN or YMIN or SMIN incase you are using standard transaction type. Assuming you have implemented latest patches or version.

Hi Prakhar,

Your answer certainly  helped in solving my issue. After stack upgrade from sp01 to SP08 duration settings of SMIN got changed, I maintianed all my ZMIN entries similar to that of SMIN and things started working now.
