Product too early alert not working

Hi,

Please consider this urgent.

I maintained product too early alert for fixed and dynamic pegging in PPDS alert profile.

But i am not able to view any alerts based on that.

Could you please let me know what are the settings to be maintained for the same.

Moreover please let me know the scenario when product too early alert for fixed and dynamic pegging will be triggered.

Hi Prasanth,

See if you have  selected the checkbox for Hiding Alerts of Type "Product/Receipt Date/Time Too Early" in alert profile.  May be this is the reason you are not seeing the alerts

Uncheck the above checkbox and re-determine the alerts. Let me know if this helps

Hi Kiru,

Thanks for the input but for me it is already in uncheck status.

I made a small change in the alert thershold for earliness (bring it down to 100 hrs) and then I could see the product too early alert.
