Set Up Groups and Resource Utilization Rate

Hi All

We have created several setup groups and for example we have a setup time from an ABC001 to an ABC002 as 1 hour.

The capacity ultization rate is 50%.

This then converts the setup time from an ABC001 to an ABC002 to 2 hours.

However this is not the case the utilizations rate of the resiource is independant from the setup time as the setup time is an operation performed by the operators.

Is it possible to configure the setup times / resource so that the utilization rate of the resource does not affect the setup times?
