Cloud services are hosted in different areas around the globe and usually the hosting server used can vary according to the areas from where user is based on.
As a matter of performance and security, cloud infrastructure can be replicated in servers located in different areas, thus if you have a specific requirement where you could not have servers running outside EU, would be possible to evaluate if you have the option to keep an organization running within the cloud where its infrastructure would be not going outside defined boundaries.
In this case, we can address this question specifically to colleagues who can help us in define it and if it would be the case, have a follow up on it to provide you the answer.
