Personal note in QM Lot display problem to Other Log in

Hi,

The above image shows the personal note in the Inspection lot. This is we are using for enter the remarks for material. But problem is that when remark is created by xxx login that is not shown to other yyy login or other log in.

Please help needed for this Problem.

I believe that is why it is called a "personal" note.

There is result description long text available for each characteristic that you could use.    If you want you could add an optional characteristic just for this called "LOT NOTE" and make it a simple PASS/FAIL. I'd include it as the first MIC in the inspection plan so it is always at the top of the list. Record a PASS anytime anyone adds any text to the inspection description.  As an optional MIC nothing has to be done if no text is added.  Seeing a PASS for this would indicate to others that comments have been made.

You could also use the UD long text to make comments on the lot as well.

Depending on how extensive your notes get, you might want to consider putting them in a quality notification linked to the lot.
