Integrating Sourcing 9.0 with SRM 7.0

Hi,

We are implementing Sourcing /CLM 9.0 to integrate master agreements to SRM using PI. We have configured the systems as per the steps mentioned in the integration guides.

While trying to publish the agreement from Sourcing to SRM, we are getting the following error message.

"Sourcing was unable to publish XXXXXX to SAP SRM. A remote host did not respond within the timeout period. Contact your system administrator"

xml file is getting generated successfully in Sourcing but is not reaching PI. We have enabled multiple traces on PI and Sourcing and are unable to figure out why the data is not getting sent to PI.

Any pointers to resolve this issue will be appreciated.

Hi Upendra,

You might want to check the service account that is used to connect the CLM to PI to ECC. This error could be related to that service account being locked. Make sure that the service account has been given SAP Full access.

Thanks Parankush.  Both PI and SRM development ports were behind the firewall. Issue was resolved after opening the ports.
