RFC Connection is secured?
did you check test authorization in RFC?
If that is working fine,please follow rajeshwari and maintain connector .
ensure proper logical name.

Check if the source connector and target connector are defined correctly.
Also make sure these are registered rightly under
SPRO->Governance, Risk and Compliance->Common Component Settings->Integration Framework->Maintain Connectors and Connection Types.

What is the full error message (Variant SAP_HEADERDATA or Program RSUSR002 it not....)
Have you looked in your ISDCLNT100 system for SE38 program RSUSR002 and variant HEADERDATA to make sure it has been defined?
