PIR - No plant-specific purchasing organization data exists

Hi All,

While creating PIR, getting error as "No plant-specific purchasing organization data exists" (Message no. 06725). Please let me know how to resolve it?

Hi Sunil,

When you are creating the Info Record, just check whether purchasing organization and plant is entered by you or not.

If these two fields (i.e. Pur..org and Plant) are missing then you will not get purchase organization tab while creating info record. Since purchasing data is not entered in info record you'll get this error (No plant-specific purchasing organization data exists)

Check if the tab Purchasing is created for this plant on material master.
