Shipping condition

Dear Experts,

I have scenario, where shipping condition(H4) is already assigned in the sales document type.but while sales order creation shipping condition(H1) is taken from the customer master.

previously it was from sales doc type only, suddenely this change has occur.

What can be the reason?

Hi,

The shipping condition will trigger in the sales order from the customer master,if it doesn't exist it considers from the sales document type.

HI Jitesh,

As per standard SAP Functionality if shipping condition is assigned at sales document type level it will be given top priority than shipping conditions assigned in the Customer master. so just recheck the document type that you are using and shipping conditions assigned to it.

i am using z doc. type, for quick service.

anyway issue is resolved as it was setting of priority condition in user exit by my other team.

its not about changing condition, because in test system when i am traying to create an order ,it is not taking from sales doc. type.

What is the document type you are using?

check in your Sales document type(VOV8) still the same shipping condition(H4) is there are not.
