User System Details tab is empty in the access request created GRC 10

Hi All,

I have the below issue regarding GRC 10 Access request. When a new access request is created through GRC for adding a new role to a existing user,  the system details are displayed in User System Details tab.

When an access request is created through oracle identity manager and checked it in GRC system, User System Details tab is empty. User access tab, User details tab etc are populated.

Could this be a problem with web services as User System Details tab is getting populated when the request is created in GRC and not when OIM is involved.

Please help..

please check your user data source configuration in GRC.

in User details data search. please select the system from where you want to pull the data automatically.

Hi Prasant ,

Thanks for your reply. In this system data source configuration is not done since this is a test system.

This works fine (It shows the system name in user system details tab) when the access request is created in nwbc --> access management --> access request creation

When the access request is created from oracle identity manager user system details tab is not populated with the system name.

hello,

Yes when request is created in GRC 10 you add role manually.

from IDM its passsed thrpugh webservice.

The webservice GRAC_USER_ACCES_WS is activated in this system.

Is there any other webservice which will be responsible for this system data to be conveyed to the GRC system?

Hi Sarmi,

What GRC support pack level are you at? Also do you receive any error after approving the request in GRC which is created through OIM?

Does the role you are adding through OIM exist in GRACROLE for the connector group / System selected on request.
