Public Two Step Bidinvitation in SRM 702

Dear Experts,

              We are planning to go for SAP SRM 7 EHP2 for our client whose core process is "Sourcing and procurement of services by means of Public Tendering". In SRM 7 EHP 2 the Tendering process is available, however the master guide for the same says that

"All the functionalities for this scenario, except Pre Qualification of RFx Respondents, Public RFx Publishing and Electronic Contract File Creation are available as a part of SRM core scenario as Extended RFX processing under Strategic Sourcing with Rfx scenario."

Please refer chapter 4 in SAP SRM Master Guide for the above statement.

Now, if some one is using the scenario of Two Step Public Tendering in SAP SRM 702. Can you please confirm if PQQ and Public tendering option is available?

Yes, it is available. I think that paragraph is saying that, for example, the prequalification questionnaire is a cross-industry function.

In the same document you can see this info:
