Dear all,
We have upgraded our solman system from 7.01 to 7.1 (ST 7.10 SP8).
If we are creating any support message in service desk. Whole system data(Software component and DB Versions) is apperaing in overview of transaction data. Earlier it was not appearing in Solman 7.01.
Plz advice how to hide the system data in Solman 7.1 (ST-7.10 SP8)

This is solved due to role and authorization .
Auth Object: CRM_TXT_ID
Remove SUSD from this CRM_TXT_ID object
