tell me which product is paid for sso, what is free and what's the difference in functionality?

Imprivita is paid solution and SAP SNC is free from SAP. We have both and preferred SAP SNC.

Hi Eveniy,

We are using SPNEGO onto the portal from the corporate LDAP and then using SAP Logon Tickets to connect to the backend systems. These both come included with your SAP license.

Good afternoon.

Basically, I never used any paid software. I used the complementary patch available at the market place to accomplish the Single-Sign On. Its KERBEROS. The patch names looks somewhat like this:

Based on your OS, you can download any one of these and apply the process of implementing SSO. This is freely downloadable and works best (at least in my case).

Functionally also it suits the purpose.
