Hi,
I have an issue when connecting to Enterprise Service Repository and Integration Builder,
>The error in Java Web Start for ESR is:
Unable to load resource: http://host:port/rep/repository/com.sap.xpi.ib.core.jar
> The error for Integration Builder details:
com.sun.deploy.net.FailedDownloadException: Unable to load resource: http://host:port/dir/directory/com.sap.xpi.ibdir.client.jar
>In Administration, under repository tab in "Initialization Status" got the message:
Resources could not be signed: com.sap.xpi.ib.core.jar com.sap.aii.utilxi.gui.jar com.sap.aii.proxy.gen.jar sap.com~tc~sapxmltoolkit~sapxmltoolkit.jar sap.com~tc~logging~java~impl.jar client.jar y-reportdesigner-client-2.jar |
>And under Directory tab, in "initialization status" button got:
Resources could not be signed:
com.sap.xpi.ibdir.client.jar
I already did the Restore Files and Generate New Signature procedure, also restarted the Java instance, and did a complete restart of the system at OS level.
Can anyone give me a hand with this issue?
thanks in advance,
L.C
To resolve this we have to update the components:
SAP_XITOOL
SAP_XIESR
SAP_XIGUI
CORE-TOOLS
according to SAP Note #1598282

Hi Luis,
Check below points,
1. Java 1.7 update 25 will not support ESR and ID objects (update 21 is fine).
2. Clear your java cache.
3. Change network setting to direct connection (Control panel-> Java-> Network settings (in general tab)-> direct connection.
Please let us know , if you still face issue.
Regards
Hari.

Hello
See the wiki Troubleshooting PI ESR and Integration Builder Logon Issues -> Java Web Start Cache. Clear the cache in your Web start client.
