SAP Easy DM Icon and Tree-View missing in Windows Explorer

Hi Collegues,

I have installed SAP Easy DM 7.1.4.4:  (Unicode) and can connect to the system.

Everything works fine, except that there is neither a SAP Easy Document Managment entry nor a  Tree-View on the lefthand side of the Windows Explorer.

We are running Windows 7.

Any Idea what I am missing?

Hi Tobias,

please open the Windows explorer and on the left side please call the context menu and then

check if the flag for "Display all folders" is set.
