Secure Key Phrase during Export in SAP Netweaver 7.3 EHP1

Hi all,

During System export in SAP NW  7.31  at a phase Secure Store information it is asking for a key phrase.It is asked to check the global directory secstore.Properties which we did and we are not able to determine which is the key phrase asked in the step and where can we find that.?

The screen shot is also attached kindly check it.

Can anyone help us to solve this?

If you don't know the Key Phrase then you can set new key phrase through config tool and use it during export.

Hello

If you dont know the pass phrase then follow the additional information mentioned at the bottom of the screen shot you have provided.

All you need to do is open the config tool and set a new pass phrase.

Hello Mathan,

Which SWPM (DVD number) version are you using during this export?

You may try the following:

1. Backup the directory /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/sltools and file /usr/sap/<SID>/JC<nn>/j2ee/cluster/version.bin
2. Delete the directory /usr/sap/<SID>/SYS/global/sltools and file /usr/sap/<SID>/JC<nn>/j2ee/cluster/version.bin
3. Restart instance JC<nn> (This should synchronize the corresponding directory from scratch)
4. Restart the export from scratch
