Settlement of plan values to FXA(AUC)

Hi All,

When I try to do Plan settlements (CJ9E) I get the following message:

Plan settlement only poss. to receiver categories CTR, BPR, PSG, ORD, WBS

Message no. KD083.

It seems like PS does not allow settlement to an FXA (AUC) for PLAN.

How do I fix this?

Hi Clara,

The reason being currently we do not settle our CAPITAL PROJECTS to the AUC’s created in actual, which cause our process for PLAN and ACTUAL transfer recoveries in SAP PS (IT) to be different. This again caused variances on the reporting when actual and Plan amounts are matched.

You have WBS with planned costs and actual costs, at the end of the month you settle the actual cost to the AuC.

Is this correct?

To analize ( actual vs plan) you need to continue using WBS ...

Hello Una,

As far as I know Planned costs are only for controlling objects( wbs, cost center , PA...) and you cannot entered them in a FI objec. Then you cannot settle plan costs to AuC.

Why do you need to settle them to the AUc? For reporting you have PS reporting.
