Logon request from SRM transaction

Hi ,

Pls see the attached screen shots are from a user  in the production system. When user is trying to run the SRM transaction she is being asked to log into the system again. I have spoken to the user this morning and she gets the message after a short wait when attempting to open the Check Status transaction. She initially got the dreaded “spinning wheel” and then the pop-up box asking her to sign in. This problem had been occurring intermittently for the last 3 to 4 weeks.  Only one user is facing this problem.

Could you please tell me what could be the reason behind it. I have checked SSO setting. Everything looks fine.

What has happened?

Call of URL https://svrshir145.gloucestershire.gov.uk:1443/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/bbpsc04/! terminated due to error in logon data.

Note

  • Logon performed in system GP2.
  • Logon performed for client 300 and language EN.
 

What can I do?

  • Check the validity of your SSO ticket for this system.
  • If you do not yet have a user ID, contact your system administrator.

Error Code: ICF-LE-https-c:300-l:E-T:2-C:3-U:-P:-L:3

Hi Sheetal,

try to reset settings of user's browser. Delte cookies, clear cache etc.

Also you can check user attributes in org structure. Problem can be there are well.
