Out going excise invoice duplication.

Hi

for a Material document we found here are multiple excise invoices (J1IS) As I crossed check and found that alll the excise documents are fill with full Material Quanty as in material document.

how to eradicate this duplication..

Set the message 8I 595 to error from SPRO-Log General-Tax on Goods Movements-India-Tools-Message controls.

If required allow one user with Warning message.

Even after setting the message 8i 595 to error for j1is t code,
I am not able to restrict creating multiple outgoing excise with reference to same
material documents

Are you sure you had set the message to error? It works for me. Please check once again whether you are inputting the material document for which already excise invoice is captured or entering different one.
