Customer Return

Hi All,

I have implemented customer return by inspection type 06, process is running fine.

If lot is rejected i move material with 459 to block and if lot accepted with 453, i move to unrestricted.

My problem  is now user required a report in which he can get data How much matrial he received in return which i can get data in report from Lot Quantity.

Now MMBE is getting done sepratesly without any refrence., How can i make this report.

If initially i have used 05 inspection type with 655 mvt. then it would had easier, but now i can't change the process.

Please suggest your views.

Also i still not understood why sap has provded customer return process with 06 in standard.

I'd go back and try to switch the process to use the 05 lots instead.

I reread your question.

Are you indicating that that the customer returns isn't being displayed in the MMBE report?

There is a returns column there.  If you aren't seeing the column, you may need to chose a different display version on the selection screen of MMBE.

My query was about report generation as mentioned in my first thread.
