GRC AC 10 - user level risk analysis result is empty

Dear experts,

I have GRC AC 10 sandbox sytem (SP10) which is connected to ECC6.0 EHP5 DEV and recently to QA system,

The adhoc risk analysis result (nwbc-->access mgmt-->user level/role level) is working perfect for DEV system.

But for QA system, only role level result is coming. When i execute user level analysis the result is empty( actually result displayed instantly, so i doubt that it is not running at all).

I read old sdn threads on this issue, but it is not relevant with my issue. My ECC plugins are also at SP10. Rule sets are generated and showing in GRC repository. All synch jobs ran successfully and data is present in GRACUSERCONN & GRACRLCONN tables for QA system.

1. I cross checked all grc configurations (SPRO) is configured correctly. I verified DEV and QA connector mappings are same as it is.

2. synch jobs ran successfully. data is present in GRC repository.

Can someone faced this issue only with user level result?

Please advise. Thanks

Regards

Imran

Dear Imran,

Please make sure that the user is not locked or expired. I would sugggest you to include the locked

and expired users while running the user level risk analysis.

Hello,

PLease create a custom risk id and geenrate and run risk analysis.

more over since you are on SP10.

when you run risk analysis do not keep any selection feild blank.

select >system

select> users

select>rulest set

rest remove them by clicking -(minus) button and run risk analysis.

Prasant
