Hello all

            I had configured service desk in solution manager 7.1 sp1, it works fine,

            but in the configuration process and in the test process a lot of "test incidents" have been created.

           I want to delete these incidents but could not find a way to do so.

          and crm_order_delete also does not exist in 7.1.

any suggestions

thank you

Hi Amar,

For 7.1 you can follow chapter

'6 Archiving & Data Deletion in SAP Solution Manager'.

The guide you will find under the link

https://websmp105.sap-ag.de/~form/sapnet?_SHORTKEY=01100035870000735220h

&_SCENARIO=01100035870000000202&&_SCENARIO=01100035870000000202&

It is said that

"In 7.1 it is not supported to delete incidents (transaction type SMIN)"

And if you still wants to delete them, you may test with report. CRM_ORDER_DELETE.As the report is from CRM.

see notes 845433, 611295.

Note 611295 - not recommended for productive system so it will at your own risk.

Thanks

Vikram
